Basil seeds Limeade

Basil seeds in limeade is a special drink that has become street favorite these days in Kerala. Now whats the big deal about limeade .. everyone knows  to make it right! Well the lime/Indian lemon oil from the peel that mingles with the drink,simple syrup not plain sugar and the bartender style shaking alone gives it much desired taste. Basil seeds have a hint of basil taste but the main purpose of adding it is to cool the body. If you are new to basil seeds then it is just like chia seeds, it blooms when soaked.
